Getting there
RENT A CAR
Our recommended option is to rent a car at the airport in Athens. It is approximately a two hour drive to Nafplio on the major highways. Having a car allows you to discover everything Greece has to offer!
TAKE THE BUS
There are direct public buses running from Athens to Nafplio all year round. The bus trip takes roughly 2 hours and costs €15 per person.
TAKE A TAXI
Take a taxi from Athens airport to Nafplio. This should cost about €190 for four people. It is approximately a 2 hour journey. Please contact our wedding planning team if you would like them to pre-book you a taxi.

WHERE TO STAY
Any hotel in the Old Town of Nafplio will be in a central location for everything you have planned during your stay. For reference, The Archaeological Museum of Nafplio is a good central point so your hotel should be in walking distance to there.
If you wish to book one of our recommended hotels, please contact our planners at the email below and they can arrange the booking for you. Otherwise, feel free to look online and book your own stay in the Old Town.
